1. Health & Safety
- We comply with UK health and safety regulations.
- Customers must provide safe and clear access to the property.
- Work will not be carried out in unsafe or hazardous conditions.
2. Materials & Parts
- Unless specified, materials are charged separately from labour.
- Customers may supply their own materials, provided they are fit for purpose. We are not liable for defects in customer-supplied materials.
- Disposal of waste materials must be agreed in advance.
3. Property Access & Parking
- Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate parking or access permits where required.
- Parking charges may be added to the final bill if not provided.
4. Delays & Force Majeure
- While we aim to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, supplier issues, or unforeseen events.
- We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
5. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services in situations where:
- Conditions are unsafe.
- The customer behaves abusively or unreasonably.
- Access is denied or restricted.
6. Insurance
- Dr HandyMan carries public liability insurance.
- Copies of insurance documentation are available upon request.
