These Conditions explain how our services are provided and outline the responsibilities of both parties.

1. Health & Safety

  • We comply with UK health and safety regulations.
  • Customers must provide safe and clear access to the property.
  • Work will not be carried out in unsafe or hazardous conditions.

2. Materials & Parts

  • Unless specified, materials are charged separately from labour.
  • Customers may supply their own materials, provided they are fit for purpose. We are not liable for defects in customer-supplied materials.
  • Disposal of waste materials must be agreed in advance.

3. Property Access & Parking

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate parking or access permits where required.
  • Parking charges may be added to the final bill if not provided.

4. Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we aim to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, supplier issues, or unforeseen events.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services in situations where:
    • Conditions are unsafe.
    • The customer behaves abusively or unreasonably.
    • Access is denied or restricted.

6. Insurance

  • Dr HandyMan carries public liability insurance.
  • Copies of insurance documentation are available upon request.
